Our Shipping Policy

Most products are shipped F.O.B. point of origin from the nearest warehouse to your location when possible. FedEx, UPS and Parcel Post are used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed the size or weight limits of FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post, a “Common Carrier” will be selected to expedite delivery. All shipping charges are prepaid by CleaningChemicalSupply.com if you are an approved net 30 customer and will be added to your invoice unless you choose to be billed freight collect. Credit card customer’s freight charges will be added to their invoice at checkout. Any additional charges for services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, special routing, limited access, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the customer.
