Liquidase 250 is a safe natural solution for keeping pipes and drains clear of organic waste. It is a bio enzyme drain cleaner that combines bacteria with free enzymes using a patented stabilization process to quickly break down organic material that clog pipes and drains.
Liquidase 250 is a bio enzyme drain cleaner with bacteria for sinks, drains, urinals, toilets, grease traps and septic tanks.
Since this product has the potent waste-digesting properties of natural enzymes and special multi-cultured strains of natural bacteria. Consequently, it will effectively break down and digest organic waste in a variety of situations including drains.
These Bacillus bacteria spores are both anaerobic and aerobic. They are cultured for the ability to digest waste – quickly, efficiently and without odors.
These bacteria are combined with free enzymes. Using a patented stabilization process. The enzymes work synergistically with bacteria to quickly break down proteins, starch, carbohydrates, animal and vegetable fats. This provides the fastest action available in a liquid digestant.
Liquidase 250 bio enzyme drain cleaner is a safer, more natural solution to keeping pipes and drains clear of organic waste.

Directions
Directions:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. DO NOT MIX WITH HOT WATER.
SINKS, FLOOR DRAINS, URINALS AND TOILETS: Use 2 ounces of digestant once per week in every drain and allow it to work overnight.
For drains that receive large amounts of organic matter (kitchen and floor drains, laundry sinks and drains), increase the treatment to 4-6 ounces, as often as every other day. For best results, treat at the end of the day or other period of lowest flow. To prevent loosened debris from causing obstructions, always begin the treatment program by treating the lower floors first. Retreat after several hours. Do not mix with bleach, harsh drain openers or disinfectants.
GREASE TRAPS: For average size grease traps (about 20 cubic feet capacity), add 1 quart directly to trap or through drain. Then use 1 pint per week for maintenance.
SEPTIC TANKS: Use 2-4 quarts of this digestant for the initial treatment of a 500 gallon tank. The weekly maintenance dose should be 1 pint for each 5 people using the system. Treat drain fields and leach beds by pouring directly into the distribution boxes or vents.
WET WELLS AND LIFT STATIONS: Add 1 quart per 500 cubic feet directly into the wet well.
SEWER LATERALS: Laterals are treated during periods of low flow by adding through manholes. Dosage per unit length of lateral will vary with the diameter of the line:
